Dr. Zahra Lorigooini, the Director of International Affairs at Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences, announced the admission and enrollment of 50 students of non-Iranian nationalities at this university.

Dr. Lorigooini elaborated on this news, stating that efforts to establish the necessary infrastructure for attracting international students have been underway since 2021, facilitating the internationalization of the university.

She added that currently, 50 international students from four nationalities—Iraq, India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan have been admitted to this university. She further noted that these students are studying in seven fields: Medicine, Dentistry, Clinical Biochemistry, Microbiology, Parasitology, Surgical Internal Nursing, and Immunology, across three academic levels.
