Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences Achieves First National Rank in the Family Physician and Referral System Examination
Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences secured the first national rank in the Comprehensive Family Physician and Referral System Examination, recording the highest success rate among medical universities nationwide.
Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences has achieved a significant national accomplishment in the Comprehensive Family Physician and Referral System Examination.
During a meeting held to present the performance report on the implementation and operational phases of the Family Physician Program and Referral System, Eng. Mohebati, Deputy Minister for Management Development and Resources at the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, announced that Dr. Salehi-Fard, President of Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences, secured the highest national score in the Comprehensive Family Physician and Referral System Examination.
Referring to Dr. Salehi-Fard’s outstanding performance, Eng. Mohebati described this achievement as a reflection of the university’s commitment, continuous follow-up, and scientific approach toward the implementation of the National Family Physician and Referral System Program.
He also emphasized the vital role of medical universities’ leadership in advancing the objectives of this national initiative and improving the quality of healthcare services across the country.
According to the examination results, Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences demonstrated the strongest overall performance nationwide, achieving a 92.6% success rate. The universities of Alborz (91.7%) and Ardabil (89.3%) ranked second and third, respectively, excelling in the combined indicators of “maximum participation” and “outstanding educational performance.”
