With the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and the establishment of Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences, we are currently witnessing the graduation of nearly 11,920 students from this university.

Dr. Morteza Dehghan, the Vice-chancellor of Education of Shahrekord University of Medical Sciences, elaborated on the achievements in the field of education following the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, stating that this university began its operations in 1986 by admitting 240 students in three fields and two levels of study within the framework of two schools. Currently, approximately 3,500 students are enrolled in 34 academic disciplines across 51 degree programs and 8 levels of education within 7 schools.

He added that the current number of faculty members at the university is 300, which includes 15 professors, 44 associate professors, 215 assistant professors, and 25 instructors.

Dr. Dehghan further noted that since the establishment of the university, nearly 11,920 students have graduated, of which 4,200 (approximately 35%) have progressed to higher levels of education.

He continued: Recent achievements of the Educational Deputy of the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari University of Medical Sciences include securing the first national rank in the Pediatric Specialty Board by one of the residents, winning a bronze medal at the sixteenth national student Olympiad, attaining second place in educational processes at the seventeenth Shahid Motahari Festival, receiving the best experience award at the national social accountability festival, recruiting 28 faculty members under contractual commitments, and promoting 12 professors.

According to him, there are currently 50 international students from four nationalities (Iraq, India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan) enrolled in seven academic disciplines at this university.
